MMS Goes On Rapid Response To Zambia, Africa

Josh Adelsberger spent five weeks in Zambia, Africa, on Rapid Response, assisting Christian Missions in Many Lands (CMML). Josh helped CMML upgrade the engine for their Cessna 182 from an O-470 to the larger, more powerful IO-520. This new engine will increase the airspeed and cargo capacity of the airplane. Josh also assisted in a wing tip modification, designed to increase the aircraft’s lifting capability, and installed folding jump seats to simplify loading and unloading of the aircraft.

It was an intense five weeks for Josh, and CMML greatly benefited from his mechanical expertise. CMML’s flight program provides safe air travel in support of Kalene Mission’s hospital, school, evangelical outreach, and infrastructure development. Thank you for helping change lives in Africa through your prayers and gifts to MMS in Ohio.
