After 31 years of faithful service Hangar A, our original hangar where hundreds of aircraft have been repaired and people prepared for Christian missionary service, requires renovation. Additionally, several pieces of equipment must be replaced having outlived their useful lives. Our goal is to raise $126,000 enabling us to renovate Hangar A and update equipment by spring 2011.

an obsolete four-section roller door notorious for heat loss, penetration by cold winter winds, and brute force
required to open and close.

A forklift is desperately needed to replace a 1954 MoTowLift donated in the
1980’s that is no longer reliable. The forklift is essential for removing and installing aircraft engines and
wings and moving parts, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility.
A motorized utility cart is needed to transport personnel, equipment, tools,
and parts between MMS hangars and the airport complex.A four-wheel drive tractor with bucket and fork attachments is needed for mowing,
snow removal, and supplemental lift capacity for aircraft and parts.Laptop computers with wifi will enable access to aircraft repair manuals and FAA
directives electronically and communication with aircraft owners, suppliers, and peers whether at MMS Aviation or on
Rapid Response assignments worldwide.
